The main aim of each company is to be successful and perspective. For these aims there was created many methods of managing companies. We decited shortly introduce two popular methods – Balanced Score Card and Business Performance Management. It can see that they are almost the same but there are some diferencies. We can say that BSC is more definited – financial, customer, internal processes and learning part. BPM is more global and undefined approach to management and measurement of performance indicators.
